intervention, promotion of wellness through education and finally, encouragement of
lifestyle modifications through health coaching.
Company History
On-Site Health Solutions (OHS) has been designing and managing quality worksite health
and fitness programs since 1993. More than 100 clients in over 25 states have utilized our
health screening services. Our experience will help employers target incentive and intervention
programs intelligently, reduce implementation costs, maximize participation, increase health
education knowledge and decrease health care costs. The focus of our worksite programs is to
Identify "high risk" populations within the workforce,
Target the specific "high risk" participants and
Engage the "high risk" participants to assume responsibility
for their health actions. We customize all programs to meet the employer's health care goals
and objectives while working within a budget.
